About the event

Join us early at about 2.30pm for a cuppa and a cake at Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park (which is included in the ticket price). You will need to show this ticket to the staff at Pembroke Lodge to claim your free cuppa and piece of cake because of this, each ticket will need the individual persons name and their email address.

It will be a nice time to chat with other Guild members for about an hour before heading out at 3.30pm with our guide Alister Hayes who is Head of Nature Conservation for the Royal Parks.  Alister has a wealth of knowledge about the Park and its wildlife so we should be in for a real treat.

We would ask you to make sure you have comfortable footwear and clothing for the weather and the terrain.  We will keep to paths mostly but there may be times when we are guided to take a closer look at something slightly off the path.  If you have any mobility or access requirements to make your tour the best it can be please let us know in advance so we can make adjustments.  Alister will not have any form of public announcment system so the group will need to keep close to hear what he has to say.

If you have any other questions or queries please get in touch with us.

We look forward to seeing you soon.

Best wishes,

The Royal Parks Guild Events Committee
