“RICHMOND PARK REOPENS THIS WEEK:The Ministry of Works announces that Richmond Park, with the exception of a few fenced enclosures, will be reopened to pedestrians on Tuesday. A considerable acreage surrounded by a fence is under cultivation. The public will not be excluded from this area, but the greatest care will have to be taken to see that no damage is done to crops.”
