Camp Griffiss at Bushy Park

The friends of Bushy and Home Parks are holding a D-Day event on the 8th and 9th of June at Shaef Gate, Bushy Park which is close to the Eisenhower and USAAF memorials.

There will be a marquee with a display giving the story of Camp Griffiss, the American WW2 camp within the park, and David Ivison (Head of the Guild's research team) will be leading two guided walks each day around the site.
